- Our mission is to
provide solid career opportunities and career
assistance for men and women
at a time when millions of Americans are out of work
and struggling. Many people find themselves
affected by a changing job market, down sizing, and
out sourcing. The unemployed find it nearly
impossible to replace their level of income from
prior jobs. Many are forced into entry level positions,
part-time jobs, or lost in a sea of applicants and
competition. Job seekers find this frustrating
to say the least and thousands of Americans have
given up the search.
- Graduating
young adults spend years training for the career
of their dreams, only to find there is a flooded
market of applicants and tremendous competition
for a any openings.
- After 30 to 40 years in
the workforce older Americans are finding themselves
forced out of life long careers. Many
seniors are not ready for retirement and find
themselves without the skills needed for a new
career or to compete. The majority of our
seniors are struggling to make ends meet and need supplemental income.
- Single parents
represent another segment of the population that are
finding it impossible to make it on one income.
They need a second income but
there are few options.
- Many parents are
seeking telecommute options in the work place. They
are choosing to work at home, commute less, and have
more family time. For those that seek work at
home positions the options are few and far between.
- Career
Development has the answers!

Changing times...
According to
the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 68% of hiring in
2010 was contract-based. Independent workers now
make up 30% of the nation's workforce, according to
the Freelancers Union. And an overwhelming 90% of
U.S. companies outsource a growing amount of work --
up from 6% to more than 27% since 1990, reports the
Human Capital Institute. |
